Hotel Best Jacaranda - Costa Adeje (Tenerife)

Spotless room, set close to a bus station.

Good size bathroom and spotless and airy room. Continental breakfast, great food, amazingly friendly and excellent stuff...

I enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with exceptional staff on the reception desk. They had an efficient check-in.

Loved very attentive staff and reasonably spacious hotel.

This was a very good vacation, I didn't feel like leaving. I had updated, airy room complete with a '' walk in shower '' and king size bed, for example. The breakfast was large and hot with vegetarian meals and also Keto diet and the restaurant food was outstanding.

Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and the service. We loved the food. There was a different show in the hotel salon every night. The beds are big.

I was terrified by the cockroaches (huge ones). However, before I booked this hotel I read lots of reviews for other hotels and it seem that each hotel there has a problem with the cockroaches. There was only one shower cap in the bathroom and after I used and threw it away, they did not provide a new ones until the end of our stay. The cleaning ladies do not clean under the sinks. There was a dead cockroach that stayed there for 2 days and they removed only after I told them that it was there.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a lot better than anticipated and was very spacious and clean. The food was very varied and good quality.

Sitting around the pool felt too enclosed. Not enough variety in the Piano Bar this could have been such a good place to sit and have a drink but the music was very dated. As said before the food was very good but the whole dining experience was like a school canteen.

Evening shows weren't very engaging for adults, a bit disappointing. We appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facilities, but I would have liked to see more diverse evening options.

This is a very good family hotel but if you do not have children there is no adult only places to escape the rugrats, the restaurant can get very busy.there was never any beef on the menu but the bacon was nice

The location was very good. Rooms spacious, we had a suite, and if you were prepared to get up early to get a sun lounger there was also a mattress to make them more comfortable. We went half board and were pleased that we did and also we were able to swap dinner for lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff very good. Option of late check out available and that was taken up.

The pools were a tad too small for the number of guests. The restaurant was more like a works canteen but to be fair I did expect that so was not disappointed. I think if fine dining was being hoped for this would not be the place. We could bear it for the week though we did eat out on 2 of our 7 nights! Did have a habit of charging for everything eg, safe, fridge,

i liked the position of the hotel as it was near the beach, also the hotel as spotlessly clean

the hotel staff were unfriendly, the food was also repetative as you had a choice of pork or pork and there were no childrens menu at all which was very dissapointing

Helpful staff during check in (helped us with the lagguage to the room even if this seemed to not be a service usually included).

The food, no possibility to book without half board. The feeling in the restaurant is like a school canteen. (noisy and bad quality of food and drinks). Big hotel, means a lot of walking to reach all facilities.

Couples Retreat Done Right

So we recently spent a week at this place, and lemme tell ya, the food was fantastic. Every night was a new theme, and we really enjoyed the Mexican night with tacos that tasted just right. The pools were amazing, couldn't get enough of chillin' by the water. We also loved that our room had an excellent view of the sea. I could get used to this, y'know?

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still reasonable for what you get.

Exceptional, fairly clean place with attentive and well-mannered staff on the reception desk. Airy and functional room. Inclusive continental breakfasts even for Keto diet, free wi-fi. Good location, fantastic area. Easy access to Tenerife Sur airport, within 20 km. Great choice for holiday.

this is the second time my wife and I have stayed in this hotel and find the standard is still very good compared to other nearby hotels and will probably book again in the future.
